Our Delivery rates are as follows:

 

Costumes

 

Standard Delivery FREE via Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery (3-5 working days).

Express Delivery £9.99 via Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (Before 1pm, Mon-Fri only). £5 for each additional item ordered.

International Delivery £12.99 via Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery. £10 for each additional costume ordered.

 

Accessories

Express Delivery £9.99 via Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (Before 1pm, Mon-Fri only). £5 for each additional item ordered.

International Delivery £3.99 via Royal Mail Airmail. £1 for each additional accessory ordered.

Place your order online before 12pm for same day dispatch. We aim to get 100% of orders dispatched same day if ordered before 12pm, during busy periods this may not be possible but we will contact you prior to our delivery collection if this is the case.

We dispatch goods Mon-Fri excluding Public/bank holidays. Last days for post will be displayed on the website as soon as we have the confirmed dates from Royal Mail.

Please ensure that you provide us with a daytime contact number, where we can reach you immediately if we need to contact you regarding your order.

All delivery schedules are entirely dependent upon product availability.

If an item is unavailable we will contact you, providing us with a contact number you are reachable on all day can really help to speed up delivery of your order.

 

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

 

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery will only be delivered on a weekday, Monday to Friday. (Excluding Bank Holidays) from the day that you place your order and is available is to any mainland UK or BFPO address:

I.e. Order placed at 11:30pm on Thursday, goods would be dispatched same day for delivery on Friday before 1pm.

Next day is here to be used when no other option will do & your goods have to be there with you the next day no matter what!

 

International Delivery

 

International Delivery is to any country outside of the UK.

Deliveries will be via Airmail only and for costumes, will require a signature.

International Deliveries can take up to 14 days to arrive, please consider this when ordering.

Please note that if International Deliveries are not delivered due to an error in the delivery address and we were not informed before the delivery was sent, or the parcel was not collected where appropriate, the cost of returning the items to ourselves will be deducted from the refund given. No international item can be classed as lost untill 21 working days after dispatch no refunds will be given for lost items untill this deadline has passed.

 

Returns Policy

 

Unworn and unwashed merchandise in delivery condition purchased from us may be returned for a refund within 7 days of the receipt of merchandise. Most of our costumes are sold in re-sealable packaging, which allows you to check suitability; when making a return we request these items to be returned in their original condition, together with any original packaging.

To return a faulty product, please email a member of staff at support@bazinga.co.uk for a returns authorisation number. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include your full contact information and order number if available with your return, and wrap the package securely.

If you are returning a package please use registered post or obtain a certificate of posting for your own protection. Note proof or receipt of post is not proof of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post which are being returned.

Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping on any returned items unless the item is damaged, faulty or an administrative error has occurred.

We will not refund items that have been worn, washed or soiled. Additionally for hygienic reasons all sales are final and we cannot accept refunds for the following items; makeup, hats, eyelashes, tights, wigs, contact lenses, underwear/costumes containing underwear and masks which are not eligible for return. Some costumes have sealed wigs, in this case if the costume is not appropriate please do not open the wig, as once it has been opened a refund cannot be given.

Our suppliers hold the right to make changes to the products at any given time without previous warning.
