What payment methods do you accept?

 

We currently accept payments via PayPal. At present you cannot currently pay via cash, cheque or bank transfer. None of your card information is stored and will never be passed onto any third party. We will never call/write/email you requesting payment information.

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes we are happy to ship worldwide subject to UN and British Sanctions.

 

Do you ship to BFPO?

 

Yes, we can ship to any BFPO, please allow additional time for delivery due to extra military security checks. Please not that BFPO are located here in the UK as such no international delivery charge is needed please just select UK when entering your shipping information.

 

Will I be charged customs and import duty/tax?

 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and these charges must be paid by the customer who orders the item(s). Custom policies and import duties do vary from country to country and unfortunately, we cannot tell you what the cost would be. If you are looking for information about customs and import charges, we advise for you to contact your local customs or postal office.

 

Can I track my order?

 

All of our costumes are delivered with a tracking number as such you can track these with Royal Mail, you will need your 13 digit tracking number to hand. Please follow the link: www.royalmail.com/track-trace

 

What delivery options do you offer?

 

We offer various delivery options from cheap and cheerful to I’m in a rush, get it to me by tomorrow, please see delivery and returns for a full break down of services offered and charges.

 

What size should I order?

 

We do stock costumes from various suppliers and sizes can vary from costume to costume. We always try and give as much information as possible regarding sizes in the product's description. If in doubt it is easier to order a larger size and have it taken in than buy as smaller size and damage it trying to squeeze in. If you have any questions regarding sizing of costumes please feel free to contact us - Contact information is in our footer.

 

What are the care and washing instructions?

 

Most costumes will have their individual washing and care instructions printed on the packaging or tag. We do recommend that you have your costume dry cleaned to get the most from it.

 

What is your privacy policy?

 

We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party other than to process a compensation claim via the Royal Mail for lost/late deliveries. If this is required we will require your written consent prior to any information disclosed.

 

Late or lost deliveries

 

Bazinga does not accept liability for late or lost parcels; it is ultimately the responsibility of the postal service to ensure delivery within the correct time frame. If you have chosen Special Delivery Next Day and your parcel has arrived late please let us know as you will be entitled to compensation.

 

Important information

 

In the case of a genuine lost package we will guarantee a full and complete refund, however Royal Mail’s Lost Package process does need to be adhered to. In the case of a lost package (see below for qualifying status) we will submit the claim to Royal Mail on your behalf. You will subsequently receive a claim form from Royal Mail. Once completed and returned to Royal Mail, the package is officially deemed ‘lost’ and you will be refunded in full. Please do bear with us during this process.

In cases where there are genuine extenuating circumstances we will do our upmost to take these into account; however a straight replacement or full refund before Royal Mail investigate will not be possible.

 

We can enter a claim if:

 

You have chosen the UK Royal Mail Recorded Signed for option and your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days following the day of posting.

You have chosen the Special Delivery Next Day option and your parcel has not arrived after 10 working days following the day of posting.

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

We do understand that from time to time there may be a need to cancel your order. If you cancel an order prior to shipping please contact us as soon as possible on 0843 713 0201, where we will be able to process a cancellation. If your item has already been shipped please return it in its original packaging unopened and unused to our returns address. Please note we will not cover the cost of the return. Any monies refunded to you may take up 3-5 working days to be credited to your account once processed.

 

Can I collect my order?

 

At present we do not have the facilities for collection but please get in touch just to double check as things may always change.

 

Can my order be delivered to an alternative address?

 

Of course you can, just enter the alternative address you require at the shipping address page during checkout. If you have any problems or special requests please get in touch.
